Waterfront - 2,400 Sq. Ft. minimum (Section 1&2)
Waterfront - 2,800 Sq. Ft. minimum (Section 3)

Interior Lots will have a minimum living are of a one or a one and a half story residential dwelling size of 2400 square feet in section three and 2100 in sections one and two.
If a two story dwelling is built the committee will approve the square footage on the first floor.
