Summary of Deed Restrictions |
- Residential Dwelling:
- Conventional construction: No mobile or prefabricated homes
- Minimum 2,000 square feet: first floor at least 1,800 square feet
- 75% masonry
- Architectural building committee approval
- Setback requirements for continuity
- Outbuildings:
- Size no larger than 150% of main floor area of house
- Residential dwelling must be constructed prior to outbuildings
- Same quality of construction and compatible with residential dwelling
- Building height no greater than 32 feet
- Set back 25 feet from rear of residential dwelling
- Livestock:
- Horses, cattle, and other 4H or FFA projects allowed at one animal unit per acre
- No commercial production of livestock including canine or feline
- Utilities:
- All residential dwellings are required to connect to community water system
- Individual septic systems are to be aerobic
- No private water wells
- Appearance:
- No rubbish or debris will be allowed to accumulate
- Lots and landscaping shall be properly maintained
- No inoperable cars or other motor vehicles shall be kept or stored in sight
